So excited this afternoon to travel to Houston Baptist University to watch my niece play basketball, and then there was traffic! Horns were blaring, and multitudes of vehicles of a variety of sizes, shapes and colors were jockeying for the best positions on the crowded roads and tollways! Everyone was rushing to go somewhere-to work, home from work, out to dinner, to sporting events, and a million possible other destinations. I was thankful tonight for my home and life in a much smaller and quieter community.
